All of our products come with a full 12 months guarantee against electrical and mechanical fault. In most instances we will arrange to collect and/or repair your product on site.

Accidental and malicious damage is not covered and appropriate insurance is recommended to cover this eventuality. Warranty call outs are free of charge however if the problem is not covered by warranty a call out charge will apply.
